  • Names and contact details for students/children, parents/carers

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Next of kin and emergency contact information

  • Additional support needs information (including those that may not have a formal diagnosis)

  • Welfare information (includes family and home life circumstances and history)

  • Progress reports
